Netex has two main sections
1) An open archive for exhibits that have been shown at competitive exhibitions (Utställningen). Most exhibits are by Swedish or other Scandinavian exhibitors, or show Swedish/Scandinavian philately. Exhibitors who want to make their exhibits available on Netex are welcome to contact info@netex.se. If an exhibit is later updated, the old version can be replaced by the new one.
2) A section where philatelic clubs and associations can arrange their own exhibitions (Föreningsutställningar). These may contain competitive exhibits as well as other collections, displays etc. If your club or association would like to have an exhibition on Netex, please contact info@netex.se.
Submitting your exhibit
- Scan the exhibit (200 or 300 dpi).
- Create a PDF file of the whole exhibit (preferred) or save scans as JPG/JPEG files numbered in consecutive order.
- Write a short description/introduction to the exhibit (max 100 words), including information about the exhibition where it was last shown.
- Send files as e-mail attachments or by a file transfer service (e.g. WeTransfer) to info@netex.se.
- We will confirm receipt of the exhibit, and let you know when it is online.
Copyright for all material belongs to the exhibitor. Questions about copying or other use can be sent to info@netex.se and will be forwarded to the exhibitor. Quoting without citing the source is not permitted.
